A dental laboratory is a special workshop in which tooth replacements are made using various materials that are normally of very high quality. Special instruments, equipment and machinery is used to make fine precision parts out of a wide range of materials such as plastic, ceramics and precious metals. All these parts are made by hand and perfectly attuned to the individual requirements of every single patient. Dental technology is therefore not a craft in the traditional sense, but rather the art of combining manual expertise with skill, creativity, aesthetics, sensitivity and a feeling for nature.

The dental technician must have extensive anatomical knowledge as well as a thorough knowledge of the materials he uses and how to handle and process them. Ultimately the dental replacement - irrespective of the material used - should help the patient chew as well as possible while giving an attractive, natural appearance.

Our in-house laboratory is staffed by three dental technicians with years of experience who work in close cooperation with the dentist just for our patients.


Tooth shape, tooth colour, tooth position – often it’s the tiny details that the dental technician and patient have to decide in order to get a perfect result.

Our technical equipment and staff meet the highest standards and are kept up to date by visits to trade fairs and advanced training events. Moreover, our staff not only hold presentations for colleagues, but also work with manufacturers to develop materials and processing/manufacturing techniques.
