At the end of a course of treatment, we will send you an invoice based on the German Fee Ordinance for Dentists (GOZ). This will be issued either by us directly or by our partner FRH (Freies Rechenzentrum Heilberufe) in Stuttgart.

By the time the invoice is issued, all the material will have been purchased, all colleagues and dental technicians paid and all the services listed will have been rendered. This means we cannot wait for the insurance company or benefits organisation to reimburse the amount - we hope you will understand this.

No matter who issued the invoice, the payment term is 30 days. The FRH also offers various financing options and instalment plans. In fact, the first few months of each instalment plan are free of charge.

Please contact the FRH directly for information about current options.

Incidentally,
expensive things often turn out cheaper in the long run!
There’s hardly anything in the world that couldn’t be made worse and sold even more cheaply. People who focus solely on price inevitably fall victim to this kind of manipulation.

It‘s unwise to pay too much, yet paying too little is even worse.

If you pay too much, you lose money but that is all. If you pay too little, you may end up losing everything, as the object or service purchased cannot fulfil its purpose.

The laws of business mean that it is impossible to get a high-quality product at a low price. If you accept the lowest price, you must also take the associated risk into account. And if you do this, you might as well use the extra money to pay for something better.
